How do I apply?
Admission
Applications can be made on prescribed forms obtainable at Villa College. The completed forms along with the necessary supporting documents should be submitted with MRF50.00 as payment for processing fee.
Before students submit the form to Villa College, they must check that:
- they meet the admission criteria for the program for which they are applying
- they have included all the certified documentary evidence required to support their application
- they have clearly indicated their correct corresponding address and telephone contact details so that they can be advised promptly of the outcome of their application
How do I enroll/ register?
Once Villa College receives and processes students’ application, they will be informed in writing if their application is successful or has been declined. Successful applicants will be informed the appropriate registration dates and activities in an offer letter.
Students admitted to programs at Villa College require being present physically for their registration. It is important to come on the day or at the time scheduled for their registration. The College may notify to students about the dates and venues for registration through their offer letter or telephone call or SMS. To complete their registration process or become a college registered student, he/ she need to fulfill the following requirements on the registration day.
- Fill registration form
- Submit course acceptance letter
- Receive academic counseling
- Pay fees(first installment of course fee and registration fee of MRF50)
Once, students completed all steps in registration process become registered student of Villa College. These students are given information of the arrangements made for delivery of their course of studies (orientation schedule and Timetable).
Fees
Students who have been accepted are given offer letter along with details of fees, method of payment. The fee structures are:
- Academic programmes
- Professional programmes
Application open and deadline
VC registers students for certificate level and degree level programmes three times a year, i.e. at the January intake, May Intake and September Intake. Applications for these intakes must be submitted to the College before the closing date as mentioned in advertisements.
But normally college application open for:
- January Intake (Trimester1): 20th October
- May Intake(Trimester2): 14th February
- September Intake (Trimester3): 26th July
All applications are due on:
- January Intake (Trimester1): 5th January
- May Intake(Trimester2): 25th April
- September Intake (Trimester3): 22nd August
However, students who apply to both Masters Degrees and Professional Programmes will register twice a year. i.e. at the January intake and September Intake, and January intake and May Intake respectively .
