Aims of the program
- To develop students' knowledge and understanding of the hospitality and tourism studies, their commercial and economic setting, their operation and the impact of contemporary trends on provision.
- To develop technical, supervisory and management ability so as to prepare students to enter the specific vocational area and a wider range of industry sectors.
