All full-time staff at Villa College are eligible for corporate health insurance. Staff can, upon payment, apply for insurance for their dependents as well.
We offer leaves at Villa College in adherence to the Staff Leave Policy of Villa College and the Employment Act of Maldives.

Villa College offers staff study leave and financial assistance to staff based on their years of service as per the staff study leave and financial assistance policy of Villa College.
All full-time employees will be eligible for the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme as per the Maldives Pension Act (Act no. 8/2009). The Employee will be enrolled in the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme wherein the Employee shall contribute a minimum of 7% of the Employee’s pensionable wage (i.e. net basic salary) and the Employer shall contribute a minimum of 7% of the Employee’s pensionable wage to the Employee’s pension account at the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme. The Employee will receive the monthly remuneration subsequent to the deduction of the Employee’s monthly contribution to the Retirement Pension Scheme.
Before the arrival, VC will assist with visa processing. Once hired, VC offers airport pick-up and 14-day accommodation along with annual leave return tickets (when applicable) for the international staff.
