Introduction
MSc in Project Management is a specialist course aimed at graduates who have an interest in developing in-depth specialist knowledge and a critical understanding of the key aspects of project management. Personnel with a master’s degree in project management is sought after by many organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, making it a great way to develop versatile skills and enhance employability. This programme facilitates aspirants to be fully prepared to effectively manage projects, and learn about strategies for project planning, risk management, quality control and vital communication approaches. While the student specializes in project management, the course also provides a focus on the interdisciplinary character of the subject and how project management is integrated within organizations and the latest methodologies applied in practice. The programme is designed to develop project managers with a strong grasp of the latest methodologies and frameworks who can help organizations embrace different approaches and strategies.
General Entry Criteria
A related Bachelor’s Degree OR
A related Graduate Diploma at Level 8
ALTERNATIVE ENTRY CRITERIA
25 years old AND
completion of a related Level 5 qualification AND7 years of relevant experience (of which 3.5 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 5 qualification) AND
Completion of an MQA-approved Pre-Master’s Program OR
25 years old AND
Completion of a related Level 6 qualification AND
6 years of relevant experience (of which 3 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 6 qualification) AND
Completion of an MQA-approved Pre-Master’s Program

- Course Fee: MVR 4,499 per month x 15 months
