General Entry Criteria
3 passes in A Level/HSC (At GCE A/L, a pass is considered E and above. HSC pass is considered C and above.) OR
2 passes in A Level/HSC (At GCE A/L, a pass is considered E and above. HSC pass is considered C and above.), and 3 O’Level/SSC passes with C grade and above OR
Attainment of a Level 4 qualification in a related field OR
Attainment of a Level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program.
MVR 5,150 per month x 36 months
(MVR 2,280 per month under the government free degree scheme)

Yearly Registration Fee:
USD 1000 (applicable from the second year onwards, payable
annually).

Upon successful completion of this programme participants will be able to:
Application of both critical and systematic understanding of the knowledge, theories, concepts, values, principles, and rules of public and private laws within an institutional, social, national, and global context
Demonstration of intellectual curiosity and independence, including the ability to analyse the law and legal systems, identify gaps in their own knowledge and engage in enquiry, critical analysis, and evaluation.
Ability to conduct self-directed research, evidencing capacity to identify, retrieve and work with relevant information from a range of primary and secondary legal and contemporary sources to apply findings in both scholarly and practice-based contexts.
Ability to communicate effectively with others, competently using a variety of media and platforms in a variety of contexts.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a variety of contexts and relationships.
Demonstration of commercial awareness and the skills required to be enterprise focused, innovative and confident problem solvers, with capacity to make decisions in complex and unpredictable contexts.
Taking responsibility for their own learning, evidencing capacity for reflection on learning and the effective use of feedback, including in the wider development of personal skills and attributes.
Recognising, respecting and valuing diversity of experience and the perspectives of others, demonstrating integrity and an understanding as student lawyers of the principles and values of law, justice, and legal ethics.
