Villa College recently held a ceremony at Ocean View Hall to recognise the successful completion of our Customer Service Training programme. This initiative reflects our commitment to administrative excellence and equips our team with essential skills to better serve our students and stakeholders. Staff from various departments gathered to acknowledge the learning journey and celebrate the collective effort to maintain the high service standards that define our institution.
The event created space for meaningful reflection on the training experience. Dr Monica, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences, spoke on behalf of the participants and shared observations about the practical value gained from the sessions. These insights were complemented by remarks from Ahmed Fayaz Hassan, Senior Curriculum Developer at the Institute of Academic Development, who facilitated the programme.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates, with Dr Abdulla Sadig, Deputy Vice Rector for Academic and Students, and Abdul Munnim Mohamed Manik, Deputy Vice Rector for Administration and Finance, recognising the efforts of all participants. This training represents another step in our continuous effort to maintain the service standards that define our institutional culture and support our academic community.
We acknowledge the dedication shown by all staff members who participated in this programme and anticipate the positive contributions this development will bring to our campus operations.
